Hi Alix, I just wanted to touch base with you as we didn't get the opportunity to say good-bye! Marlow, I and the family had such a terrific time in St. Croix and all of our experiences (including the opportunity to meet you) were so positive and memorable. My wife and I recently returned on December 31st
from a 13 day vacation on St. Croix. The
time we spent on the island was the most pleasurable time we have ever had.
Although it was our goal to sample different beaches and different eating
establishments, it didn't take us very long to make the decision that our
favorite beach was Cane Bay and our favorite place to eat was the Full Moon
Beach Bar & Grill. We spent a lot of time at your place and we want
to congratulate you on having a great staff. Brett, Mike and Kip were
just super, but our most favorite staff member was Aaron. He was very
friendly, gave us a lot of insight into the St. Croix life, and made excellent
Pina Coladas! He made our visits with you very memorable. Your
"all you can eat" shrimp on Friday night was wonderful, and your Bar
B Q wings could come very close to replacing my favorite hot wings here as the
best. But our favorite is your cheeseburger with onion rings. We
had that several times.
We plan on coming back. We would love to
move there, but even if we don't, we will visit as often as we can. And
our favorite haunt is your place! We really miss our late afternoon and
evenings there. Please tell Brett, Mike, Kip and especially Aaron that
we miss them and thank them for their kindness and friendliness and that we
will see them again.

Alix, I've been told Full Moon has the best
fish tacos on the island.. .are you guys still serving them? if so...

This is Mike (of Dave, Susan, and Mike) that
were diving St. Croix last week when the credit card machine gave up and the
South African kids were hired on.
Thanks again for making us feel so welcome - the lengths
you went to ensure Susan had her food fixed the way she needed was extra
special.
We hope you're having a wonderful Christmas, and
giving those workaholic tendencies a day off. :-P Ahh - but I know
better. You're probably working on a huge party for Christmas. ;-)
So Merry Christmas to you, and TJ, and Nicole,
and Brett, and Mikey, and the ladies in the kitchen, and Rick (who's at the
bar as often as anybody who works there)... Merry Christmas EVERYBODY!
